Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese only enough to mix easily, without prolonged room-temperature holding.
  2. Beat or stir the three ingredients until smooth. Scrape the bowl to remove lumps.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Check consistency before using in the intended dish.
