Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
• 2 tablespoons Amaretto

Preparation

1. In a small bowl, beat whipping cream until it begins to thicken.
2. Add the sour cream, confectioners’ sugar and amaretto; beat until stiff peaks form.

Yield: 8 servings.
