Ingredients

• 40 Ritz Crackers
• 20 slices of turkey sandwich meat
• 5 slices of pepperjack cheese (cut into 4ths)
• pepper jelly

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
3. Spread out 20 of the Ritz crackers. On each cracker layer a slice of the turkey meat and one slice of cheese.
4. Bake for approximately 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
5. Remove from the oven, top with a teaspoon or more of pepper jelly.
6. Top with another Ritz cracker to create a sandwich.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
