- 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

- 2–3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- Blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
For the Assembly
- 1 ciabatta roll, sliced and toasted

Procedure
- Make the Sticky Buffalo Sauce: In a small pan over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
- Add the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and honey.
- Stir occasionally and let the mixture simmer until slightly thickened (about 5 minutes). Set aside.
- Prepare the Air-Fried Chicken: Preheat your air fryer to 385°F (195°C).
- Dredge the chicken thigh in flour, then dip into the beaten egg, and finally coat with crushed corn flakes, pressing firmly to ensure an even coating.
- Spray both sides of the chicken with oil spray and place in the air fryer.
- Cook for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Toss Chicken in Sauce: Once cooked, toss the crispy chicken thigh in the prepared Buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Prepare the Ranch/Blue Cheese Cucumber Salad: In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, light sour cream, dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add blue cheese crumbles if desired.
- Toss with the cucumber slices and chill until ready to serve.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Spread a layer of leftover Buffalo sauce or ranch on the bottom half of the toasted ciabatta roll.
- Place the sticky Buffalo chicken thigh on top.
- Add lettuce for extra crunch, if desired, and top with the other half of the roll.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve the sandwich with a side of ranch cucumber salad for a cool contrast to the heat of the Buffalo chicken.
- Pair with sweet potato fries, or keep it light with a side of fresh fruit or a sparkling water.
- For extra heat, drizzle additional hot sauce on the chicken before serving.
This sandwich is a bold combination of crispy textures, spicy-sweet Buffalo flavor, and refreshing ranch-dressed cucumbers—a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!
