- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2½ bars Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 1 can fat free carnation evaporated milk
- 1 can low fat Bordens condensed milk
- 1 cup sugar
- In a mixing bowl or blender, mix all ingredients except the sugar.
- Then in a medium sauce pan melt the sugar. Pour sugar in a round cake pan (make sure the cake pan has handles and a cover) about 9 inches and at least the depth of your hands downwards on the side of the pan
- Then put the rest of the mixed ingredients. On the stove top, put a pot of same round filled with water and a tablespoon of salt. Once the water is hot, place the cake pan over the pot and the cake pan ears should be the support of the pan, like if it would be hanging and cover.
- You will notice when it is done by making sure the center of the dessert is firm and a light brownish color all around the edges.
Makes: 8 servings
