We cooked this shrimp dish for lunch today and served it with Lipton’s Orange, Passion Fruit and Jasmine Green Tea. It was an excellent flavor combination.

We cooked a variation of this recipe for lunch today. Chicken breast were substituted for the shrimp cooking it as we did the thighs last Sunday. We omitted the celery because we didn’t have any and added a 4 ounce can chopped green chili peppers. We also substituted 1 Tablespoon minced ginger root for the ginger.
