I want to try this slow cooker jam recipe simply because I like strawberry jam but love Riesling white wines! Two questions…..

    1. How much does this recipe make? Two? Three? Four cups?
    2. Is it suitable for hot water bath processing? I would like to make enough to keep in the pantry for future use. How long would I process half- and full-pints?

    Thanking you in advance………………..

Hi Rose! Thank you for your questions, and I’m sorry for the delayed response. This recipe was developed for refrigerated jam, not shelf-stable canning. We haven’t verified its finished yield or a safe water-bath processing time, so I wouldn’t recommend canning this particular recipe. For pantry storage, please use a tested canning recipe and follow its processing instructions. We’ll also review the missing yield information.
