We had the Apple Fritters tonight for a light supper. Tomorrow we’ll find out how well they reheat.

We served our second helping with some sour cream – let’s just say it didn’t hirt them – with or without sour cream they are very good!

This moring we reheated some of the fritters. They had absorbed the dusting of sugar overnight so we rolled them in sugar again this morning after reheating them in the Advantium. They lost some of their crispness from last night. The next time we reheat them we will use a conventional oven – probably using the convection mode.
