Take your classic cinnamon rolls to the next level with crispy, salty bacon baked right inside. These Bacon-Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls strike the perfect balance between sweet, sticky, and savory—ready in minutes and guaranteed to disappear faster than you can say “pass the icing.”

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5count) Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls with icing
  • 10 slices of bacon (thinner cuts work best for crispiness)

Preparation

  1. Preheat Oven; Preheat your oven to 350°F (or as directed on the can).
  2. Cook the Bacon: Cook bacon in a skillet or bake it until just crisp (but not too brittle—you want it to still bend). Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess grease.
  3. Unroll the Cinnamon Rolls: Carefully unroll each cinnamon roll into a long strip. It’s okay if it unrolls in segments—just press it together gently.
  4. Add Bacon: Lay two pieces of bacon along the length of each unrolled strip.
  5. Roll ’Em Back Up: Gently roll each strip back into its cinnamon roll shape, bacon tucked inside.
  6. Bake: Place rolls in a greased baking dish or on a lined baking sheet and bake according to package instructions (usually 18–20 minutes), until golden brown.
  7. Frost and Serve: Let cool slightly, then drizzle with the included icing packet. Serve warm!

Cook’s Notes

For even more bacon goodness, use thick-cut bacon in this recipe.
