A sweet-tart, jewel-toned refresher that blends frozen limeade with juicy blueberries for a burst of summer in every glass. This drink is crisp, cool, and endlessly sippable—with just enough flair to feel like a treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) can frozen limeade concentrate (such as Great Value, Minute Maid, or Old Orchard)
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice (optional, for added brightness)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional, adjust to taste depending on blueberry sweetness)
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • Sparkling water or Topo Chico (for topping)
  • Lime slices and a few whole blueberries, for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen limeade concentrate, water, blueberries, optional lime juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother texture (optional).
  3. Add ice to a large pitcher and pour in the blueberry-limeade mixture.
  4. Stir well, then top with a generous splash of sparkling water or Topo Chico to add fizz.
  5. Serve in tall glasses over ice, garnished with a lime slice and a few floating blueberries.

Tasting Notes

The limeade brings a bold citrus backbone, while blueberries lend their mellow sweetness and stunning color. A splash of sparkling water brightens the finish, keeping the drink crisp and vibrant. It’s a perfect balance of sweet, tart, and refreshing—with a little sparkle and a lot of charm.
